My Background

In my role as a Counsellor, I am currently providing counselling services for my pre-accreditation. I firmly believe that it is never too late to pursue one's passion and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Through my studies and personal experiences, I am dedicated to creating a supportive environment where individuals can openly share and be truly listened to.

Beyond my clinical work, I am a mother of four with a background in hospitality and a longstanding aspiration to pursue a career in Counselling & Psychotherapy. 

At the age of 43, I had a pivotal 'now or never moment' and made the decision to return to education to turn this dream into reality. Currently, I am in the final year of a four-year undergraduate Bachelor of Arts Degree program in Counselling & Psychotherapy with the Irish College of Humanities & Applied Sciences (ICHAS). While my educational journey is ongoing, the knowledge and personal insights I have gained so far have allowed me to provide a safe space where individuals can be heard and understood without judgment.
